First day of the Powerboat Show!

We woke to an overcast and breezy first day. I have to admit I didn't sleep much the night before, so I was simultaneously tired and excited. Night before the big show!

Our boat was safely in the slip and Lisa and I settled in for the night with our menagerie of animals. The Annapolis Boat Show! Set up day.

We have a SeaClutch booth at the Annapolis Boat Show! How exciting! We had never done this before, so we borrowed a table from a friend to put our products on. We had already ordered bags, receipts, a lock box, cases of the SeaClutch and a "Square" credit card reader. After work on Tuesday, Lisa and I loaded up the GMC and headed to the boat show! A great weekend, but lessons learned!

Another Great Night at the Marina!

We had a great day at Great Oak Lodge! The beach was full of people and the yacht basin was filled with awesome boats. Everyone got along and the Tiki Bar was making tasty drinks. A "Sales" Lesson Learned!

We were sitting on the back deck of the boat on Saturday morning and a nice couple walked by. They commented that they really liked our boat and we struck up a conversation. They seemed like nice people so I offered to show them the interior. They were in the galley when they noticed the picture above. Since we all have jobs, we had to leave after work on Friday! We finally arrived at the marina around 6:30 and called the Dock Master for our slip assignment. A sales trip to Great Oak Lodge

We have been focusing on putting in place the infrastructure to support the SeaClutch. The Annapolis boat show is also coming soon, so that has taken a lot of our time as well! In which I encountered a problem!

There was one other place to boat in Augusta, GA, the mighty and muddy Savannah River. The Savannah River winds from Lake Thurmond (the reservoir) all the way down to the Atlantic Ocean, and Augusta held the distinction as the last navigable point. Lazy days on the reservoir...

There were two kinds of trips to the lake. The first was a big time with friends! For those trips I would find several friends and we would get some cold beer and our girlfriends and head to the lake.
